The R&R Research Project coordinated by Equiling-Madrid “Towards a new linguistic citizenship: action-research for the recognition of speakers in education of the Community of Madrid”, in collaboration with MIRCo-UAM, is organizing the Language and Linguistic Activism Week, that will be held between April 22nd and 26th 2024, in the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). We will have numerous artists and students sharing their experiences and ideas on how languages play a role in social inequality. Besides, we will be presenting different proposals to tackle and revert such inequalities. We hope to see you there!
This initiative has the support of European Projects’ REDES_Ling and Migrant Voices, and the support of Institut Ramon Llull, UNESCO Research Office for Social Justice Education and the UAM itself (all stakeholders of the project).
