The MIRCo-UAM member Miguel Pérez-Milans (Department of Culture, Communication & Media; Institute of Education in the University College of London), along with Maria Rosa Garrido Sardà (Department of English and German, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona) have published, both as editors and autors, a new book with Routledge, under the title Re-imagining Languages and Communication in Collaborative Projetcs: Ethnographic Perspectives on the Future.
This title arises from different social sciences (critical sociolinguistics, social theory and anthropology) to address the issue of how languages and communication play an active role in building collaborative projects that face the relations between the past, the present and the future in relation to social inequalities.
This volume, collaborative, includes different perspectives from young academicians, as well as big names already recognized for their trajectory. This synergy allows for a big range of issues and methodologies to complement this book.
Undoubtedly, this new book aims at enriching the debate and the understanding of complex phenomena, useful not only in linguistics, but also in sociology, political science and education science
