The Symposium “Language and Feminist Anthropology” will be organized in the III International Congress of Feminist Anthropology next July 1st, 2nd and 3rd

The next July 1st, 2nd and 3rd, the III International Congress of Feminist Anthropology will be held in Tarragona. Organized by the Universitat Rovira i Virgili, this space aims at becoming the place to share the last advancements of numerous anthropologists on feminist anthropology, as well as the space to gather experts on the matter.

The MIRCo center encourages you to participate in the 13th Symposium, under the title “Language and feminist anthropology: do we discuss?”, organized under this congress. Put together by Jaime Altuna (UPV/EHU), Jone M. Fernández (UPV/EHU) and Daniel Marelo (UOC), this symposium will try to disentangle the intersection between language and gender, thanks to the epistemological, theoretical and methodological advancements made by the feminist point of view.

The deadline to share proposals to this symposium is open in this link. As MIRCo, we encourage you to not only attend, but to share your discoveries, in order to incorporate them to the scientific and social practice.
